View Full Version : Problem with dashboard on live.

Ok, I may be the only one with this problem and it would make me happy if was fixed. I have live and my 360 and every works except the current news and info on (games,music,downloads,..ect) does not show up. Its been bugging me, it says the same thing that i should get live even thought I already have live. Is there anyway to fix this so I can be updated on new games and download like on my old xbox on live.

Heres a pic(copy right to stoke360) that show whats the problem. The white arrow that are pointing are not showing anything like that on my 360 on live. the left always shows the 360 logo and to the right it says sign up to live. Can any one help!

Mine doesn't always show the current games and downloads in the boxes that you have pointed out and I'm guessing it's the same for most people on Live,but I can still download off the Marketplace so I'm not that bothered about it to be honest.

I can still download from the Marketplace, it just bothers me a little since its been like this since day one when I got my 360.

If the rest of your Live works fine then I wouldn't worry to much about it and the marketplace isn't that big you would miss anything new to download.

Have you contact Xboxlive support yet? I do not have that problem, but it is a curious one nonetheless.

And that pic would have been easier to see if you had, say, a 65" screen to view it on...

No grindstone,I have not called Xboxlive support. Ill put that on my to do list. And If I have to, ill take a another pic of my tv with the problem instead of using someone else as refrence.

well, I gave a call and chat with them online and nothing. So my last hope is email Major Nelson AKA the guy behind live and see if he replys my question. If im lucky, then he do something about it.

hey, i called xbox yesturday, the problem is that uve had in the same game in- the featured download has the featured download for the game that is in the disk tray.
