I would have to say J Allard. He ssems more into the gamers than Peter Moore. I think J is in it for us too.

Peter Moore is a great professional spokesperson and a real asset to Microsoft, but I'm going to have to vote with J. He seems like more of a fun gamer, and someone you can relate to.(which of course is how Microsoft is marketing his image).
