My 360 died!!!!!!!

My 360 died so I called:call2::mad: support line now I have to send my 360 in for repair. Does anyone know how long it will take before I get it back.

Mine has got to go back and they are sending me a replacement,the man on the phone told me the whole process takes about 10 working days,but I'm still waiting for them to send the box to pack my 360 in and it's been 3 days now.
Also I live in the UK,so don't know what the wait time is in other countries.

Mine still works but I can't play CD based games on it and only can play Xbox Live Arcade games.

mine broke and they sent me a refurbished one which has problems pdz had all kinda glithches sending it back for repair two pleaded for a new one with no problems they cant give you new ones they said id be leary of a refurbished one watch it closely for problems they said they will either replace it with a new one or repaired one their choice they said could take three times of replacments or more they are quick with shiping it back when i shipped mine back to them took like three days wish my voice mattered cause they way their conducting business is totally ****ty.best of luck guys i hope you get new ones
