It just sux that the music management on 360 isn't that completely usable. What I mean is that, whenever you start playing ur music from the dashboard and then you go somewhere else like playing a demo/game, the music will stop. SO you have to do it again. They have to fix it! Also, you can't make a playlist on it while playing a game. You can do that on dashboard. They have to fix it!
Fix the damn thing!

I can't say I ever had that problem. And why would you like to make playlist while playing a game?

!!! So i won't constantly stop playing the game when the music stop. You know that you can only play by genre, artist, album, etc. while playing a game. !!!!!!

Yeah I have like 10 Gigs of MP3 files on my PC so I would like the my playlist to transfer over to the game because it's just too damn many songs to search for my favorites over and over.

Yes I'm aware of that, make a playlist before playing the game if it disturbs you.

No it lists all the songs by either album, artist, song name or i think theres some other things.... but you need windows media connect or a windows medai center computer to do that.

Yeah, I separated all my MP3 files into separate folders also (eg. Rock, Rap, etc). If you use Windows Media Player on your PC the 360 works the same way. It will find all the MP3's on your hard drive no matter where they are located. Any playlist that you create on your PC (using windows media player), the 360 will find those saved playlist's.
I have found, when using an mp3 player, plugged into the usb slot, that when a folder is in a folder, the xbox360 plays it no bother, however, if you have an mp3 player with no folders on, the 360 won't play the songs in a game.

When is Vista released anyway?

OEM's should have it sometime between August - October 2006. It probably won't hit retail shelves until late 2006... hopefully in time for the holiday season.

Should see it on shelves no earlier than November/December this year. Though crafty and due diligent individuals can find it underground now. :listen:

knowing microsoft, in 2007.
And by the way you probably have to buy the media center edition of vista, there are supposed to be a bunch of different "flavours", each with more features then the one before it.

Also, knowing microsoft, the patch to fix the gazillion errors may come out in.. lets say, 2900?
