Disc Scratching

I just happend to look at the bottom of some of my games today and noticed that there was quite a few scratches on them, now i couldn't understand how they got there because as soon as i'm finished with a game it goes straight back into the box, and i don't switch my 360's position from verticle to horizontal while playing. I was just wondering was it actually the 360 causing this and is anyone else having this problem.

I have the same problem w/ one of my games. The game will freeze and there will be scratches on the disk. My other game works perfect which is weird. No freezing, no problems. I'm sending mine to get fixed. You should do the same.

my 360 works fine. I agree with midwaymonsters if your 360 is scratching your disc I would send it back.

the games work perfectly, i just can't understand why the discs are being scratched.

my 360 works great maybe you should call customer service before sending it in

my halo 2 disk got scratched but i thought it was because it was an old game.

Nope, no problems. Never had any problems and hopefully I'll never have any.
Strange that the discs got scratched though.

I never had a problem myself but i would do the llama fix on the DVD rom if you are not affraid to open up your xbox. If you send it in your probably going to get a refurbished one
