You didn’t' specify what model LG. And as far as internal HD tuners go; you most likely will never use it. So it shouldn't be a factor.
That Samsung is a good unit; but without knowing what LG model you are comparing it to, it is impossible to give advice on which one would be better for you.
No, the Xbox360 cannot connect to an HDMI port.
EDIT: Oops, you did list the LG model, sorry. The link just didn't take me there.
There both pretty much close in specs, same resolution, etc... All things being equal, I would go for the 32 inch. :)
Contrast ratios are extremely overrated. If you achieve half of the published contrast ratio, (especially when properly calibrated), consider yourself lucky.

Hi there,
I would go with the Samsung model just becuase of the high contrast ratio, which is 3000:1 compare to the LG one which is 500:1. The samsung will have deeper blacks, rich colors, high brightness and contrast. Provides an abundant palette of perfect colors and lifelike images with realistic colors.
It hits the best price points among the competitors. I highly recommend this tv, but also go for yourself and look at the quality.
This TV blew me away, even though its features are pretty basic, this set’s price isn’t much less than the cost of competing models, but many people might choose this unit for its image quality, with ample justification.
Here is the one I want to buy: It's the same model, which received good ratings.

Xbox 360 will use HDMI in the future, which will be at the end of this year, when Toshiba releases it HD-DVD player for Xbox 360, I hope.

Yes, and as stated, it is an often time useless feature. 9 out 10 people will utilize their cable providers tuner (and along with it a FAR better channel and navigation system).
