Sweet, I haven't heard any of my late eighties early nineties indie bands played on the Radio for ages, what station was it and does it play other indie stuff as well

Oh yes - it is the rather wonderful XFM (104.9 FM - available on the web at www.xfm.co.uk or on digital). Indie all day long. Bliss (mostly at least, there is the odd stinker in there).

It depends on the game - you can use custom soundtracks on games like PGR2 and Forza, but you can't on titles like Conker and Halo 2.

I think its a good album if you ignore everything but the first 3 songs.
Im serioulsy disappointed in this effort from Dave and co., they seem to be a band who have gotten worse over time :hmpf:

Linkin Park- Hybrid Theory EP
this is the indie produced one in 1999, not the 2002 warner bros. Only 7 songs, but worth checking out. If you like metal/alt rock/ rap, defintely look for it. I think like $9 on ebay for the reprint. Also, a lot of slipknot, from Idaho to Subliminal, my favorite song from LP is "And One" and Slipknot is "Before I Forget"

There very well known in britain, if you ever go out somewhere your likely to hear "halo" by them.

If anyone is looking for an amazing band atm i reccomend soilwork or the bloodhound gang just because they rule :top:

Why does the fact that they are listening to a song that is a music video mean someone has no taste? There's tons of songs I love that are music videos as well. It's not like those are the ONLY songs I listen to of course.

what do you mean if a song has a music video, then i have no taste for listening to it? I guess my recent playlist of Radiohead , strokes, interpol, yeah yeah yeahs, muse, death cab for cutie, and smaller bands like futureheads and arcade fire all just suck. Most are indie, but they still have one music video atleast.

Not all singles are bad you know most of them are the best the band has to offer and just becuase you like a single doesn't mean you have only listened to the single. I own plenty of albums and my best song from some of them is a single so don't generlise.

Ahh I get it, Citruso you just want to listen to bands that are very Indie and unkown to mass public, how sad! When you listen to music have an open mind and don't just listen to bands that havent released Music Videos as you are missing out on soo much.
