XBOX360 USB Ports

Hey had to send my Xbox360 back due to faulty usb ports. My Play N CHarge stopped working and it would not charge my contoller. What a bummer :argh: . Anyway just wondering if any one has run into this problem.
I figure if you spend so much for a console you are better off making sure akk of it works. Wonder what the turn around time is??:mad:

It took Ogio less than 2 days to get his back.. the ****er.. I sent mine in Monday , still waiting. Called them tonight said it should be shipped overnight on friday

yup thats right 2 days, sent it out wed afternoon, brand new one at my door friday morning

dang it that is the same thing that happened to me but I thought it was a problem with my PLay N Charge kit not my 360. I already bought regular rechargchable batterys and I think the warrenty on my 360 is up( 90 days right) so I guess I got screwed.

Well checked and my Xbox360 is on its way back. The problem is they do not do SATURDAY delivery. I should have my system back on MONDAY! :)
The other problem is they do not tell you what the repaired they can only give you the status of your Xbox360. What a bunch of BULL!
