2 diff colours of360 controller

First I noticed the glowing 360 controllers now I noticed that MS used two different gray parts on the 360 contollers. All three of my 360 wireless controllers have a shiny grayish silver piece at the bottom of the controller near the headset port. Then I borrowed my cuzins wired controller and his has a different kind of plastic on it. His is gray and is dull in colour unlike mine that are shiny and can be easily clean. I know I got my 360 and controllers before his so is it possible MS changed the controllers up afterwards.

The wired controllers have a different gray finish than the wireless. MS didn't change up anything. It's been like that from the get go.

you pay more for the wireless maybe they decided to make it look better with shiny plastic
