Origami project revealed.

Today did the origami site revealed that the project was a tablet pc(as suspected), called "The Ultra-Mobile PC".

The point about Vista is why I have been stalling on getting a new PC/laptop for some time. But, I think I'll just buy one next month anyway. If Vista is all that and a Ohira avatar, then I'll just buy the software.

The funny thing about it is that people actually thought it was going to be a portable xbox. While I was telling people that it's going to be a tablet pc. This Should put the lid on MS getting in the portable gaming market talk.

It'll probably going to be able to play pc games. It was playing Halo on it. So it must have a cd-rom slot in the back of it. The size alone.

actually they said it can't play halo=( that was just one of those blue screen effects for the video....oh well maybe.....and when i was reading about it..there was no cd-rom for it only wi-fi and bluetooth(almost put blu-ray what an idiot!) lol...oh and of course usb.

Im holding off on buying a PC because of vista too. Damn MS why cant you release it sooner so I can finally stream videos to my 360 because I dont have media center and am not planing on buying it. Vista would be great on the origami and if they made it ipod white that would look crazy.

Actually it's far more likely that one day Microsoft might own Apple; Plus they could create their own Linux distro it they really cared. :cheers: :wink:

If MS bought out apple think of the possibilities. I'm getting the shivers thinking of it. Imagine they also bought up nintendo. Sony is not worth buying up if you take a look at their financials they are slumping in most of their consumer electronic devisions. PS3 is their last hope.

yeah ms rules I can't wait to get the 2nd gen with vista hopefully they implement the slider keyboard. check out ign for the supposed 2nd gen pick i believe its ipod white with a red slider keyboard...sweet.
