XBOX 360 launcehed in Aus at 12.01 tonight

xbox 360 is goin to launch in Australia tonight :)
im goin at 6.00 and lineing up... not as long as some of you in US but already pre orded and paid for it so i should be fine...

Any one else going to the midnight launch???

i dont know why people go to get it at 12 at night , no offence if you did or gonna .but its stupid , australia isnt as populated as america so there is a bigger chance of getting it , correct me if im wrong and another reason im not doing it is because it is cold where i am at the moment by the way you slept launch wrong

4 hours left till the New Zealand launch will probably leave at about 10ish and play some xbox360 while i'm waiting instore :)

We in Europe and North America just take it for granted that we have a 360 in stores but it must be killing our southern hemisphere freinds that they just can't get one. My heart goes out to you all, and hope that the launch went as well as it did for me (I managed to get 2 360's on launch day, sold one for a HUGE profit :D).

i just got mine then.. but i cant seem to get my 2nd controller to connect. when i turn it on the ring just flashes n wont connect. any ideas?

Guess your heart wasnt going out to the other people that waited in line for that extra 360 you got and ended up not getting one.

ok got back bout 30mins ago...great no problems on live as well cant wait to ply 2morrow..the line was huge and people were told to got somewere else becouse not enough.. i was first in line so it was ok.

So it looks as if Australia might have some shortages then I hoep not took me 2 months after launch in the U.S. to get a 360. I hope it is not the case there.

Hit the white button near the bumpers on controller near whereyou plug in headset and hold press thewhite button on xbox360 which is right under the game drive at same time to sync controller to your system.

I hope everyone over there can get a 360. You will love it. There are a lot of great games out for the 360 and even more coming. I'm playing oblivion now. That is a great game.

THE 360 is awesome!!! recieved mine about 12 hours ago with oblivion, LOVING ! i've dowloading, condemned demo, COD2 demo, geometry wars trial, and downloading fight night round 3 demo at the mo :D

How much launch games were available. Plus you guys are lucky when you first go onto live you have a massive number of demos and arcade games you can download. I remember when there was like only like 7 now theres close to 20 demos and 20 arcade games

You got 2 awesome games there. I got call of duty 2 when the 360 launched last november and oblivion a couple of days. Hope you enjoy the games and the 360. Have fun.
