Will EA make another NFS title? What do you think....

What do you guys think? Will EA make another NFS title, what will the storyline be? What would you guys like in the game? Also what kind of cars would you enjoy having, put on your dream NFS game car list.

Yes the NFS franchise is very important to Electronic Arts, so it is almost guaranteed that another title will surface at some point.

As for cars in the next one I wish that more European models were in it:

-Ferrari's of any sort, EA should use their licence
-More European hatchbacks, like Mini, Golf etc.
-Fewer American muscle cars
-Playable Police vehichles, back to the days of Hot persuit 1 on the PS1 and PC

The next NFS game might be either NFSMW 2 or NFSU 3. But compared to Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition Remix, NFSMW kinda stinks. So its got competion.

I hope it's a most wanted game not underground because I never liked underground. I think that they should ad Ferraris to the game and maybe some more Lamborghinis, some old ones like the Miura would be a nice addition to this game. I'll tell more in the morning, I'm tired!!

The game wouldn't suck but we gotta keep the Mustang GT and The Ford GT in there but pontiac GTO and Corvette can go and the vauxhall version of the GTO can go or maybe it was Opel either way they are all gm cars and General Motors SUCKS!!

I think they will make another one...but they should make night stages, not to many people race in the daytime. they should put some dodge cars (NEON SRT4) and also some concept cars (like the new cencept camaro)

More European models are required!!!!!! I am tired of racing the same crappy Mustangs and Vettes which just SUCK! Yes in MW and U2 they added a couple of hatchbacks but it is not enough. So EA drop the Viper, Corvette and Mustang and you will have one hell of a game!

No, its that americas dont care if there brand new 2007 mustang GT wont last as long as a Honda Civic, they buy it cuz of the name, look and reputation. we like very fast muscle cars and dont care if they dont lasts as long as european or japanesse cars.

Do you want thousands of Americans to be out of jobs and not be able to feed their kids? We have to support our own economy unless we want this country to go under. American cars arent that bad anymore, they are right up there with foreign brand vehicles in reliability and design. Maybe not necessarily in the engineering dept. but I dont care about taking a hairpin turn at 80 mph.
Anyways I hope they do come out with another NFS game, which Im certain they will. MW sucked so they do need to have a better story line and a wider array of vehicles but we need to keep the american muscle in there.

And Suv's especially Lexus aren't known for handling so I don't think it would be a good add on to the already great game that they are going to make better by adding more Euro cars!!

You are correct.
In a racing game, you want good handling cars with good performance. So whats the point in having a car designed for economy (and hybrids aren't very great anyway) in a racing game, where speed is the key? In the next NFS I hope they go back to the roots of the series; where Lamborghinis and Ferraris were the main cars.

No a hybrid doesn't sound like a gas engine. And Scott that would be great if they went back to like the days of Hot Pursuit and Hot Pursuit 2!! Ferraris and Lamborghinis are great. I'd like to see some more Aston Martin though.

I am a sim racer and really don't like arcade feel but I really like the NFS series. I really liked MW and it lasted me a long time before I beat it. So I think it was a pretty good game like an 8.2 out of 10. I'd like to see them make it great like Project Gotham Racing 3 and GTR and hopefully Test Drive Unlimited will be great because I pre-ordered it.

If they make another NFS title which I highly believe that they will I will buy it. There was one time where I hated NFS, it was there Underground series. I personnally prefer games like the Hot Pursuit titles 1 and 2 and I really enjoyed MW.

They should make it like Project Gotham Racing 3 with real handling charcteristicts and guages and in the car feel and everything that PGR3 has except with Cops and a storyline and on streets not real circuits and I would like the MMO like Test Drive Unlimited. And like in TDU you can buy clothes and you have a house. Now that would be the ultimate game besides GTR the new completely amazing game that I have no doubt that I will buy.

That is false my dad and I test drive cars alot and have tested quite a few hybrids and they sound nothing like regular cars and they are nowhere near as fast as the cars that should be in a racing games!

One more thing a Hybrid costs alot up front more than the regular version and my dad and I did a test on the difference and it would take 4 years of gas money at 3.00 a gallon to make up the difference of the price so is it worth it no!

BTW who besides you wants a hybrid in a racing game? Slow, doesn't sound right!! On top of that who wants a Lexus in the game besides the IS it has a very snob feel to it!

Hey Um I am pretty sure I while back I read on Ign or something that they are making a sequel. and it is sup[possed to be along the lines of lik most wanted 2 I think! and you know what really pissed me off about most wanted was they took out the civic and the Skykine! There is currently another NFS game in production. I talked to Rickdogg (one of our members on our 350Z board) and he says that EA has finished up their recording tests on his car for their game that is currently being developed. No other word on when the title will be finished or what it will be called. Some of you guys may have seen his car in JTuned and some other import magazines (for those of you into the import scene). i'd like to see a cool destruction derby TYPE game on xb360 not a sequel of dd but like flatout 2 but with real cars. It'd be great to be able to race some old 80-90 cars in a way that when u hit someone the cars would break llike they would in real world. I hate when they try to spice up good dd type games with guns it ALWAYS ends in tears. But guess it's a long shot bcause the manufacturers are unlikely to greenlight the usage of actual models in a game that would destroy them. I guess it's an image thing for them
