Does anyone know where I can find some vamires?

you can find vampires at the barren cave just west of cheydinhal along the path to imperial city. also, if you haven't done the gray prince quest you can find a few at crowhaven northwest of anvil.

Alyeid Ruins: Fanacas, Lipsand Tarn, Ninendava, and Nornalhorst.
Caves: Barren Cave, Bloodcrust Cavern, Crowhaven, Memorial Cave, Redwater Slough.
Forts: Carmala, Hastrel, Naso, Redman, Redwater, Vlastarus.
Mines: Gutted Mine.

Crowhaven is a great place and it has a nice bonus regarding Arena champ and the dark Brotherhood, though they both take a long while to manifest.
