Mouth of Panther Fighters Guild Quest

I keep getting killed at the mouth of panther quest for the Fighters Guild. Does anyone have any hints to kill the last Ghost?

Use a combinations of higher level destruction spells... I killed the ghost with the flame burst (i think that's what it's called. it does 30 pts. of fire damage.) Also you can hide behind the ladder in the room to confuse it so you can use your restoration spells.
