whats the purpose of the caves and ruins? are they to be cleaned out or is there a special item in each one to hunt for?

some are for quests, others have cool items, some are for ingredients such as ectoplasm, vamp dust and so forth, others are just there to make your game longer.

Ya this game has a lot of hidden caves. SO much that they got lazy creating them. My bro was playing Oblivion and he was in a cave and he was showing me how some of the details in the cave as symmetrical. I thought it was a coinsidence but it happened a lot in the caves like if there was a dark mark on one side of the cave it would be there on the opposite side of the cave.

Yeah, the caves and dungeons have a definite repetitious feel (same rock formations all over). But there are a lot of cool treasures, as a matter of fact, too many, as I find myself having to drop certain items in order to avoid being over-burdended. Nonetheless, most of my enchanted equipment came from caves and dungeons.

caves have cool weapons and money items, plus they will reappear after a week and you can go back and refill.

really? which cave?I doesn't really matter to me cause i rented it and i dropped it back so..... WHO CARES! I DONT!
