How do you kill the Unicorn?

that unicorn is in the way of my quest. i got Martin to Weyon Priory and they have some enemies there and now the unicorn is after me and martin and anyone else who has a weapon.

ok i figured out how to kill the unicorn. if you have The Blade if Woe, works nicely. takes about 20 hits but he'll go down. now i got his horn in my inventory.
