Helicopter Achivement

I was wondering how do you get the Helicopter achivement in GRAW. What game mode do I have to be in and do you have any tips for taking out the most helicopters.

When you play territories you get the option to turn on helicopters. The team that is currently incontrol of the territory get a helicopter that flies around itself shooting enemies with its machine gun. It would have been more useful if the helicopter helped the losing team but thats how it is.
