question about wireless

i'm wonderin if you can hook up a linksys wirless g adapter with the xbox 360...my brother bought one and tried it but i'm not sure if there is anything we have to do b4 it will work. any help would be really nice.

idk. I think you need to buy the wireless thingy, but that should work??? Make sure the router knows it's there.

You can use an eternet bridge and that would use its seperate power. I dont think a USB adapter would work though but I might be wrong.

yeah i might try network bridge...i didn't even think about it....but i'm not sure if it works that well either...oh well i'm willing to try.

I have a linksys wireless G 2.4 gh Broadband router, if you need to know model wrt54g, and I went out and bought the wireless adapter for the xbox360 and it works great. No problems installing it, and no problems maintaining it.

just make sure the router you buy is compatible with xbox live, me and my friend ran into that problem and had to return the router and get a new one

yes but u will need to enter you wep number for it to work
