Can you put anything else on the memory units besides saved game files?

You can download trailers the 480p ones are small enough to fit on the memory units. You can also put some of the XBL arcade games on them. Seems to me when I was using mine before I got a hard drive that about 1 trailer, 1 arcade game and it was about full. I'd get a trailer watch it and then delete it, same with the arcade games (the trials), get it play it delete it.

As far as putting music files, pictures, and videos goes. I think some company was suppose to be making a adapter so that you could hook the memory units to your computer and copy over the saved game files for back up, but I don't know but highly doubt you could drag and drop music, pictures, and videos from your computer to the memory unit and have the 360 play the mp3 or wma, view the photos or watch the videos.
