a Glitch or no??? PLEASE HELP****

hey umm I was doing the adharji's ring quest and i stole it but got chased by the guards on the way out of the castle, when i return to her, there is no "give ring to adharji" or any such prompt, is this a glitch PLEASE HELP!!

there are quiet a few glitches in the game. i tried to complete the umbra sword quest and it freezes everytime when i complete it. it doesnt freeze anywhere else in the game just when i try to complete that quest, so i said to hell with it and just desided not to mess with that quest.
