Internet connection speed

I have a wired ethernet connection on a linksys wired/wireless router and Comcast service. The test drive demo took 3+ hours to download and people say it is my connection speed. How do I increase my connection speed? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Erm, you cant....not without paying more for your connection (that is if your provider offers higher speeds). It wasn't your connection speed that caused it to take forever to download. It is the fact that server traffic would be massive, as everyone is downloading at the same time, aswell as more content being uploaded. The demo took me about 15 minutes, just becuase I downloaded it as soon as it was available, and I have a comparitively slow connection.
