Here are some pictures of the new xbox 360 wireless steering wheel with force feedback. The wheel accepts 1 battery pack to operate wireless with vibration. However if you want to utilize force feedback you have to plug in the steering wheel via an included AC adapter. No price or date is given but MS stated it should be available by the holidays. The last picture is not a xbox 360 mouse its a new device for windows pc that let you connect your wireless xbox 360 devices to the computer
P.S CNET is owned by sony right? They are heavily favouring the ps3. There is like 10 things up about the ps3 and no xbox 360 stuff.

Nice man, i cant wait. Looks well designed but we will have to wait and see. Im sure Scotracer is happy about this. My brother got the Madcatz wheel and it was cool even though it didnt have the force feedback.

the logitech one doesn't seem to have official 'forcefeedback' rating though.... but if it has 900 degree steering i'd get it over this microsoft one any day

Does anyone have pictures of the logitech steering wheel for the xbox 360. Plus you can't really use a play and charge kit here. You can either use the quick charge kit or 2 double A batteries or the included AC adapter.

Nah, I'm not getting that. It's just not worth it since I don't race too much.

$100 is super cheap though. Maybe not too you but the one I want to buy for my pc that I wish would work on the 360 is going to be $299.

I had to wheels for madcatz wheel for xbox 1. Its cool driving around with the wheel but in an actual race I suck, perfer the controler more. But I know there are people that can out race me with the wheel while I have a controller.

usually with cheap wheels you do go slower than with the controller

I had a sad childhood due to the fact that every wheel I ever got or tried sucked. Made racing worse! Then one day long ago I read about this force feedback logitech wheel made for the CPU. I bought it, fell in love instantly and racing has never been the same again.
Using any madcatz or non force feedback wheel means you have yet to experience this awakening. If you tried it you would understand. Of course however you need a good setup for it too, not on you lap.
Oh and someone wanted the logitech photos, here they are.

Thanks for the pic but the second one is of the game hitman. This wheel looks good and all but i'll wait to see the MS one as well. If their wireless controller is any indication of how their accesories are then the MS wheel is gonna be legendary. It also has mic support where you plug the mic into the right side. Plus they're bringing out a wireless adapter of windows so even if the wheel is $100 I can still use it on the xbox 360 and the computer.

I have no Idea, but it is frustrating. Here is the new Logitech wheel just announced for the pc. It has a 6 speed gated shifter and clutch pedal according to a seperate article I read last night. The pedals also allow for heal toe braking and what not.

Also, can anyone attach a link where MS actually uses the phrase "Force Feedback". I know everyone else has but I havent heard MS desribe it this way.
