Wireless Headset

Anyone know if this thing will have something that plugs into the controller or if it will pair with the 360 itself? I'm hoping to find away to avoid the decrease in voice quality while having a mic plugged into the wireless controller.

i think it will have the same plug in as the cheap ones has now just without the wire
