welcome to the site and sorry to hear about ur freezong problems. try restarting ur 360 and making it cool down. if u keep having the problem u might wanna replace ur 360.

Clear the cache as well.

What is this doing in the Introductions forum? Really, it's not hard to put things in their in the right forum. Besides, you don't have to use a capital letter in every word, it's kinda annoying.
