I have like 6 months left on my current xbox live account will i be able to use my current xbox live account on the 360(you know just renew it or something like that) or will i have to dish out another 50 bucks and get a new one because that will be kinda ***

there are going to be alternate ways to pay for Xbox Live Gold package for the 360 other than the current Credit card method, but MS haven't announced what they will be yet. I can't see why they can't take debit/bank cards as well as credit cards to pay for your new subscription. No doubt MS will announce something nearer launch time :)

Can't you also use those subscription cards to avoid he credit card thing, just buy 12 month subscription card and you are good to go for a year.
