my 360 had a hardware problem. The hardware problem would only occur maybe once a week. it said contact the support people, so I did. They said they will ship me a box, then I told them why can't I just take it back to GameStop and exchange it. They said I could, otherwise I would have to wait about 2-3 weeks to get my 360 back fixed. So I go to GameStop and tell them that the microsoft support people told me to just take my system back and for you people to exchange it. So they didn't even test it and they said ok, and I got my 360 right then. They kept talking about how weird it was that microsoft said that to me, that I was the first person they have ever heard about for microsoft to say that to. All I kept telling them was that's just what microsoft said for me to do. The only I did that cost me anything was once again buy the $40 extended warrenty from them, but I saved my self a lot of time.
