I bought the house in Skingrad and stored a bunch of items in a chest in the room to the left of the entrance on the first floor. I come back to store more items later on and all my stuff is gone!!!!!!! What the hell happened??? I think i got robbed!!! Is there a safe chest i can put my stuff in which the items dont disappear after a couple days?

Yep, same happaned to me. Now I'm using the Fighters Guild Master's chest, and I haven't lost a thing. You must be the master if the Fighters Guild to get the key though.

That stinks! I store all my stuff at my Bruma house....no problems yet. That was one of my concerns when buying a house. I just wanted somewhere to safely store my stuff and sleep for free.

Ive stored stuff in most of my houses and never lost anything. but ive always stored them in a cupboard. I lost all my Umbra Armour once by storing it in the Arch Mages Quarters when I became Arch Mage. I started from a previous save to get it back and lost 2 levels:embarasse

well i am not the champion of cyrodyll i am the Arena Grandmaster and the Master of the fighters guild and a member of the whites errant and a member of the mages guild and a midclass dark brotherhood member and the honorary member of the virtuous blood but the house suites me just fine and it only cost 2000 G so i can spend my money on other things like another house in another city. at the moment i probably have enough money in goods stored up to buy almost every house in every city and its all stored in that little hovel, which by the way is a nice little hovel with a whole lot of storage.

well i actually wasnt trying to brag but ohwell last night i became listener of the dark brotherhood and just turned into a vampire. and give me the time to play for 650 hours and i would probably be at were you are at right now. i am only 58 hours into the game i have a full time job and you cant compare staying home playing a game by yourself with going out and partying and drink with your friends which i like to do a lot. so i am doing pretty well for how far in the game i am at.

i was chill if i wasnt chill then i would have put it in b i i i i i i i g letters so you could see it better. and probably would have used some profanity in every sentence. i mean if i was 29 like you i would like to have a wife and a kid ,maybe, that would definitly not give me the time to play oblivion for 650 hours.
