Forget all the supercars you have seen previously, this thing is another level.

Who says you need uber displacement or massive amounts of power to demolish the competition. This thing would obliterate anything it came up against, even some open-wheeled Formula cars!
What can I say...Britain still leads the way.....

well it was designed to surely your not comparing it to cars that weren't designed to beat this one. This is no road car of any kind and the only reason it is so fast is because of the wieght. I respect it but i'm not impressed.

You are not impressed by 1000BHP/tonne? Ok, sure. Just think, even those 1000BHP+ Ford GT's you have posted don't even have that much. This thing has the same cornering capabilities as a Le Mans Prototype, AND it is road legal. On top of that, it is £100,000 cheaper than a standard Pagani Zonda, let alone an F which it can beat, comprehensively.

no i'm not impressed by a car that does what its designed to do well simply because it was designed to do so. I'm impressed by cars that were not designed to do something but are doing it anyway. I have respect for this car but no i'm not impressed at all and the chances you will ever see anything like that on the road is 100 million in one.

I do understand your reasoning behind your interests, probably due to the different cultures we have been brought up in, and I am an engineer and love engineering excellence, from the ground-set. But god I want a shot in that car. Just to race anything at the lights and absolutely destroy them, no matter what they were in...good times those would be.
I really hope it is taken seriously and put into "large-scale" (in supercar terms) production, and not just be another British hypercar, that in theory could destroy anything but not have much consumer interest.
I am trully amazed by the cornering and braking capabilities on road-tyres, 3g and 3g+ during cornering and braking respectively....just whoa.
I also read somewhere that the engine can be easily tuned to achieve around 610BHP, that thing would be quicker than a GP2 series race car, the immediate class below F1! And a GP2 is only around 10 seconds a lap slower than an F1 car, this is just insane for a road car...most cars wouldn't be able to get within 20-30 seconds of an F1 time around almost all circuits.
