I went to BB to get my scratched copy of CoD2 fixed. I walk in, I'm like, "It's scratched. Can you fix it?" Then she's like "Well, actually we'll replace it." I didn't even buy it there, lol! And I got a brand new copy out of the deal. She said "I'm gonna let it go this time, but make sure you have the reciept from now on." lol

i will not support best buy because of their stupidity. sometimes they r too strickt on the returns other times u get someone that doesnt even know wat a 360 is.

jack, did ur CoD2 disc crack in the case, because ive seen in a few forums that 360 game case causes the disc to scratch

For future reference, if you scratch a disc and can't get it replaced, use plain turtle wax with a soft cheese cloth. Buff in 2 or 3 coats. The turtle wax acts as a filler for the scratches and works about 90% of the time. Even with severly damaged discs.
