i just got this game and my highscores 103,000, whats yours???
i find it impossible to get higher then that but i guess practice makes perfect:tongue:

Yeah practice is perfect. O have around 268,000. But i already have 4 achievments for it. The one for surviving for 60 seconds, the one for not dieing and getting 100,000 points, and the one for 250,00 points, and the one for 100,000 points.

I have around 730,000. The trick is to fly in a counter-clockwise circle a little bit away from the border of the screen and shoot the black holes when they appear. The game uses a user learning system. The longer you wait to kill the first few sets of enemies in the beginning of the game the easier the game is in the later waves. In the first 2 minutes of the game try not to kill the enemies if you don't have to. It makes a difference believe me. Check out my gamer card. It is budyser365

Great tip, i'll try that, cuz i think my high score is just under the 250,000 mark. I haven't played in a while, and i don't think i got that achieve yet.

I broke 80,000 once. I can't go any higher or I get epileptic siezures from all the flashing lights, and then I try to swallow my tongue and kill myself. The last time that happened I fell into a hottub, people thought I was a washing machine and started throwing in their laundry. I guess my body going into convulsions gave the appearance of a spin cycle in the water. At any rate, because I was wearing a white T-shirt, the @$$hole that threw in colored clothing stained my favorite shirt. It really pissed me off. So that is why I can't get above 80,000 on Geometry Wars.

Yeah Geo Wars could cause seizures. After around 150,000 it gets REALLY flashy.
