To unlock extras such as ring girls, bonus trucks, special punches, new entrance music, and more, simply copmlete in the Career mode and win fights.

Did you mean trunks, or trucks? lol. I think it was cars and snowmobiles. And yes, you just have to keep playing through the career mode to unlock everything. AND DONT PLAY IT ON EASY.
