AFAIK there is just credit card. I *think* you can also buy cards from retail stores (yes I should know, but having a mind block - cant remember if that is a coming feature or not).

Yes you can buy subscriptions to Gold at Walmart or any game store. I think its 1 month, 3 month and 12 month subscriptions.
