Pdz, Best Multi

Its funny, Ive had this game for a while, and never played the multi on it, dont know why really. A bud came down yesterday and we went through all 15 games of mine's multi, and honestly, we hadd the most fun with this game than any other. I dont like graws multi unless its just you playing over live (hate the first person view). Boxing was good, call of duty's local sucks with 2people on local, but PDZ was wicked fun. The reasons? Two main reasons: !. Bots. Not just any bots, wicked bots. PDZ has great customizable options for the bots, and having up to 16 bots rocks! The second, and biggest reason why PDZ's multi rocks is Infection. That mode is easily the best multi player mode in any FPS ive ever played, just loved it. I dont think PDZ is an amazing game by any means, and over live, is not nearly my favorite, but for local play, its unrivaled to me. (sorry this post is a little late seeing as this game is so old, but I ONLY JUST PLAYED IT NOW!!!)

i dont have my 360 yet (im getting it in 2 weeks) but i play my cousins. he has pdz and it is fun on multiplayer splitscreen (he doesn't have live yet). i like it alot, but many of my friends say it gets old fast. i went to grove city, pa (i live in brampton, on) to shop and at the local walmart i saw pdz:le for 40$. i got it then when i came back to canada it was 35. o well

Yeah, its even cheaper at EBgames used for $29 (or maybe its new for $29...) either way, the multiplayer game Infection wont get old fast for me, its too damn fun! The sNigle player however is a bit boring, and once you beat it there is little reason to go back for more. On a side note, you're from Brampton? I knew some people in Brampton actually (university/college).

i dont like PDZ at all multi and single player first off you run so slow and you cant jump and its takes forever to kill sombody unless its in the head.its gets old really fast sure i loved it at first but it just got old.PDz is collecting dust on my shelf where it should be.

I was considering getting this game 'cause it's only $30 new, but I doubt many people play it anymore.

I only like Infection Mode. Its amazing, and to me, worth the $30 it costs for the game.

Infection mode is where one team are skeletons, and the other not. The skeletons only get pistols, but anyone they kill becomes a skeleton. If you can last the alotted time limit without your entire team becoming skeletons, you win! It starts out easy enough because they only have pistols and you have whatever, but once they get a few kills and the teams get more and more unbalanced against you (unless your a skeleton), its hard to defeat the overwhelming odds of the skeleton army... its bloody sweet!

Ya I also was never really a fan of PDZ. Untill me and my 2 buddys started playing the multiplayer mode on my friends 360, and ya like what you said Enola Bomber this game has easily the best multiplayer in a FPS that I have ever seen. There are so many options to choose from, and all we really played was team deathmatch and that is way to much fun, me and my friends on the one team kicking the living **** out of the bots, how can you not love PDZ!!

We should have tried that infection mode.

Speaking of which, my copy finally was bought off half.com - at least I got some money back.

Yup, that's true. It's the rate of play that bugs me, aswell as how long it takes to kill someone. Another gripe is the lack of auto-aim. I know only n00bs need it, really, but I came from Halo 2 where it is prevalent and I just can't get the hang of it.

It's not a poor game, the online options rival those of Halo 2, but it is just the pace that is rather tedious, especially for an acrade FPS.

I wouldn't say its the best multiplayer ever but it is good. And Enola your right infection mode is really fun to play
