I purchased NCAA 07 and its frickin sweet!!

I bought it last night, popped it in and was amazed. I just bought a 55in Sony LCD and whew, I was very impressed with the graphics first of all. Second the physics engine is pretty sweet. Passing the ball is alot easier then previous years but running is a little bit harder. You have to see the holes, make a move then burst it out. Kicking is different, its done with the right anolog stick back then forward which is better i think. I dont like the menu navigations, its kind of rediculous. Some of the controller buttons are a little whack the way they have it set up. I dont know if i can remap them or not. You can do almost anything on defense, show blitz, realign, blitz all lbs, press move back, its crazy. My biggest gripe would be the play calling cause im used to pressing down to select my plays and on this one its to the left or right or rightbumper/leftbumper. Overall, I really do love the game, Im a huge football fan, the game realism seems excellant, the players even show sweat really bad in the fourth as well as easier fatique and things like that. Ive been on the site and havent seen anyone review it yet so i thought i would drop it seeings how you guys always hook me up. peace and enjoy

Oh damn I forgot Im not a mod, Thanks for the mini review BigCat. Im kind of hesitant about getting this but it might hold me over until Madden 07 comes out. I played the demo and didnt think anything special about it so I might pick it up if I can find it used and cheap.

I rented it cuz I was worried of wasting 60 bucks. It's ok. The gameplay is satisfying but it needs more modes and depth. It just feels kind of unfinished. Madden 07 is the ticket, my friends.

well I love it. I played the demo as well like Jay and was very disappointed, I thought it sucked but my buddy got it, said he liked it, i trusted his opinion and got it. Glad I did. For those of you who are waiting for madden.....On some plane I dont blame you, but Madden 06 for the 360 is one of the worst games I have ever played. It was terrible and it terribly pissed me off that they would just port over what they could and say F the rest. That really left a bad taste in my mouth.

godothunder, the graphics were way better in my opinion, sorry about the late reply, ha ha, i have been playing it and I just got madden, ncaa is way better in my opinion
