A quick question about the new wireless controller 360

Ive tried the search, but havent had any luck... Also will the 1st shipments of Premium Pre-ordered Xbox360's come with a Media Controller?

For a limited time they come with the smaller remote, which looks like this:

i dont like very mach this controller
it kinda sucks
i definetly prefer the original ones.
