losing connection help

Hi
when ever i play halo 2 i keep losing my connection to xbox live. i have run the test xbox live connection this is what i get. this is driving me nuts can anyone please help me with this?
i have xbox 360 verizon dsl westell versalink model 327w
xp home with sp2

try disconnecting from the network the scan again..it works for me
