ring of light

hello, on my ring of light the first player light flashes from player 1 to player 2 at random times, sometime it will stay on player 2 (i have it vertical)..is this normal or should i get it sent in, the eject button also vibrates loudly is this also normal?

Hmm....that is definently not normal. I can't tell you anything about the vibrating thing because everybody has a different type of "youch" so maybe its normal but I can't feel it. But the switching lights. That freaky Cam! You should get it fixed.
