Can I swap my HDD without concern?

Ok, I had to format my HDD, and it still acts up during some games. I would like to just replace it, but I want to make sure that everything else will be fine. IE : All downloaded/purchased content will work OFFLINE. I will be keeping everything else the same, and moving things onto a MU temporarily.

You may have to re-download any purchased content again,but don't worry all purchases are tied to your gamertag,so you won't be charged again.
