I hope the COD4 beta turns out to be good like the Halo 3 bata. Damn, I still need to finish COD2 on Vet mode...

Review so far:
-Lobby system a blatant copy of Halo 3 Beta
-Bullet "feel" is closer to COD3 than COD2 (not good)
-Map design a little...strange
-Graphics are like a more atmospheric version of Battlefield 2
-Unlocking weapons can ruin the game for beginners/casuals
-Bullet-detection is broken. No other word for it
-Respawns are fairly sporadic
-Fluid graphics, constant 60fps
-I've had a fair bit of lag
Overall, it's not as great as I was expecting, but it's a definite improvement over COD3.

I been playing for over a week, as I got in the fiirst lottery of the beta and I have to say I love it. They just need to fix some of the issues I have seen and others have noted, and it should be a top notch game. If your playing the beta make sure you report the bugs to Infifnity ward so they can correct them in the released game.

try recycling your modem and /or router which means unplug the power on both for 10 seconds then retry the beta. IW is working on the problem.
