Default New 360 gamer loves this game

Campaign mode only since i have no internet.

but my roomate got me hooked via splitscreen co op

started playing my first solo campaign and jumped right in on hardcore difficulty.

it was a slow start but now im rolling through.

This is what a Next gen console game should be like.

it reminds me of the way halo made me feel when i first bought the original xbox.

Kudos to the makers.Great way to use the new hardware to its fullest just by a simple idea of using a hybrid of 1st and 3rd person view for an action war shooter that puts you into an enviroment rather than putting you into the eyes of a FPS that is limited to one direction of viewing.

i will be sad when im done with this gem, but happy cause i will then allow myself to steal my roommates copy of bioshock.

Gears is a graphical masterpiece in my opinion, and seeing it on a beautiful LCD screen is just, well, it makes me tear up with joy!

Gears was like my 3rd or 4th game, but for my bro and nephew it was their first and they too absolutely loved it.

Online is even better mate, I'm still playing it, so near 11 months since I got it!

Gow is one of the best games on the 360. The graphics are stunning, the campaign, and MP is awesome, and it never gets boring. The only complaint I have about it is that it was pretty short. I beat normal, hardcore, and insane 3 separate times and even on insane I didn't get the challenge I was really looking for.

Not a bad game, it certainly did have a really fun campaign....but my MP of choice goes to H3.. campaign wise: GoW FTW
