Hi,

Basically I have been watching my stepdad play call of duty 4 on his xbox.

I have just turned it on and it says "Resume Game" and then below it says "New Game"

He did save his game however if I press new game will it delete is saved one?

Never really used xbox before so its all set up and logged on as him.

can anyone help pls?

if you create a different profile and play with that it doesn't matter. every profile can have a saved game and it wont overwrite any of the saved games on another profile

He means a gamer profile, which can be created via the Xbox Dashboard

Ask him if you can set up profile for yourself first. But yes, using another profile doesn't screw with his controller settings and saved games. I've had that problem before with my kids, buts it's all good now.
