Posts: 78 | Oblivion or Assassin's Creed? I need a little advise...I want to buy a new game. I've been seeing some really good reviews about Assassin's Creed and then some pretty bad ones. I must say I have never seen such a contrast in reviews from both reviewers and consumers. It seems like a game that you either love or hate. I've been hearing from almost everyone that it becomes old fast and becomes repetitive.
Is that true?
Sorry for posting this, but I'm a kind of guy that likes to get his money's worth when buying a game, especially a $60 game. I am torn between Assassin's Creed and Elder Scrolls Oblivion: Game of the Year Edition. I've played Oblivion before so I know I'll love it, I played it on the PC before I had an Xbox and rushed through it and beat it. I'm sure I could get lots of playtime playing through and doing all the side quests again and playing the expansions.
Any words of advise on my next game purchase?
P.S. I can't wait for GTA IV
