Posts: 3,754      |  COD4: How do you rescue the VIP on the airplane level?(VETERAN) seriously...how the hell do i do that rescue the vip on the airplane level after the credits on veteran? it just ain't working for me, anyone got any hints?

Posts: 3,754 | i usually don't make it past the 1st room lol, i stab toilet guy and then move from there using flashbangs, furthest i got was up the stairs and thru another room but just before i moved into the next room which is where i beleive the vip is i ran outta time

Posts: 3,492  | theres tons of vids on you-tube showing how to do it alex, and you can shoot your man in the foot and he drops the vip, then shoot him in the head to avoid hitting the VIP if you are stuck for time to get the head shot.

Posts: 3,754 | i don't really wanna sinks as low as copying walkthru videos, i just need a few tips from friends, unless it reeeally starts pissing me off in whichcase i'll have to resort to videos. and i usually have no problem shooting the hostage taker once i get to the vip, it's actually getting there in the first place that's really giving me trouble on veteran

Posts: 5,232  | It's all about swift take-downs, perfectly placed flash bangs, and a huge chunk of luck. Skill is only 20% of this mission as the rest comes down to coincidental perfect timing and blessing from the gaming gods. Really not worth it IMO but scooping up a gauge as you enter the first cabin pays great dividends for bucking the rest of the inbreds later. |

Posts: 1,040 | I've gotten all the way to the vip, twice, and screwed up the shot each time. The first time, I tried like you said to shoot his body or something, and then it said you have to get headshots. I tried for the headshot the next time and my dad starts screaming at me to shoot him and decides he wants to grab the controller and do it himself. -_- He shot the hostage straight in the face. Ever since then I keep getting stuck at the last area before the vip or time runs out right before I get to the door.
