Yea there is a lot of Call of Duties out there and the 4th one was good but do you think that theyre gonna make call of duty 5 the future falls that is a good title. you know what i mean are they gonna make a 5th one your thoughts here.

lets not forget medal of valor (MOH vietnam game) and BF vietnam. didn't care for the men/medal of valor...got kind of old. bf was ok, but i could never find a good sever to play on line. i wonder if i still have that one.

i think cod 5 can be modern, but with nazis! then it won't be racist and it will stick to its good ole' ww2 roots. best of both worlds.

I also heard it is goning to be WW2 again and being made by treyarch the ones who made COD 3. But take this info with grain of salt, as it is all rumors.

Cod5 is confirmed and is rumored to be WW2 possibly the pacific theater. Just rumored though :P but yes, Treyarch is making cod5 and there is also rumors that it'll be released on the PS2 also(If that doesn't tell you the game is a step back then I don't know what else to tell you)

If it does go back to a WW2 scenario, it will ruin the franchise for good. I mean, if it sold as much copies as CoD4 and every liked it, it would be great but that seriously won't happen.

Its in production at the moment, treyarch are doing it and they are doing COD7 aswell, Infinity Ward are doing 6 and carrying on with the modern warfare, And as far as the media are aware COD5 is WW2 again, Im hoping for russian front but I think its suppose to be pacific theater.

but there is so much diversity with pacific theater settings! let's see...jungle, jungle, maybe a beach, but then into the jungle quickly, more jungle, a city?, and then some jungle. yeah. it will rule.
i didn't think cod3 was bad, it was hard, but it did pretty good. definitely had a different feel to it's play from cod2.

I don't mind WW2 games , but would like to see some more games set in Pacific theater as the european front is being over done. Only game I remember set in Pacific was Medal of Honor game asI was not too impressed with it at all.
