Netflix is a great service but I really don't anticipate when I want to watch a movie and waiting just kills the desire for one. Their watch instantly feature is cool and convenient but the selection sucks. If they make their whole library available as 'watch instantly' then they would have me back as a customer, that would be amazing.

unsure why people use it personally, i'd much rather just go to a video store.
