Default Burnout/Juiced?

Haven't tried any game of either series, since I am interested SERIOUSLY in racing games, am thinking of buying a next one... but not both! if necessary.

How do these series compare?

For reference, I have PGR 4 (finished that), Forza 2 (ditto), Dirt (Ditto), NFS Carbon (Ditto) and Flatout Ultimate Carnage (ditched it midway, didn't like it).

As I said on another thread I can't download demos... my 360 is not online... I know I suck, haven't even joined Xbox live, which is sort of the point for a 360... oh, well... maybe I'll get a modemor somethin'.

SO!... what's the difference, simmilarities between them?... for what I've seen from afar, maybe Burnout looks more interesting... but that's just from advertising.

Juiced was absolute filth right from the demo. In fact the series has been axed from a lack of sales. Get a copy of Juiced if you think it will be a collector's item 30 years from now. If you want a good driving game, pick up Burnout Paradise.

burnout is pretty dang fun. i have done like 2 races and a couple road rage matches, but you can just wander around the city and roads for a bit, and that is pretty fun in itself (but you can't crash into people unless you are hitting other racers).

i've never played juice but the cover put me off because it looked lame, you know what they say "always judge a game by it's cover"

burnout however is a hell of a lot of fun, online and offline

how does burnout paradise compare to burnout revenge? In the last burnout game I played I got tired of all the crashbrakers (drive your car into some scenario and try to cause as much damage as possible), they were fun at first but got really old quick. The racing was a lot of fun though.

paradise is totally different from all other previous burnouts. no crash breakers. you cruise around the city and find challenges and races. and it's pretty open...so if you are in a race, you get from A to B however you want (which i can find confusing sometimes cause i get lost). you may see that some of the environments look a little familiar.
