unbeknownst to me, they don't replace 360's anymore. all they offer is basically microsofts deal. they take your xbox and send it somewhere to get fixed. i said how is that different then microsofts. 'oh, you don't pay shipping.' so let me get this straight, i buy a service plan for 70 bucks and the difference is i don't pay shipping for microsoft? so i spent 70 bucks on shipping essentially? dumb ****.

so i ask to speak to the manager. i tell him their service plans are useless and i am not making any major purchases at best buy any longer. and i have bought a lot there. he just apologizes and says sorry. his name tag says customer solutions specialist. he didn't even care or try to make amends or concede anything.

needless to say, i have been a frickin loyal customer to them. and spent thousands of dollars there easily. but no longer. i went to wal mart, oh yeah, and bought Up and Star trek there on blu ray. that's right, i showed best buy. next system i buy will be from costco where they don't act like assholes on returns and don't give you the 3rd degree or make you buy retarded service programs to break cheap ****.
