Posts: 448     |  Treyarch, Activision, and the CoD3 online mess i know there are alot of people having people joining games on CoD3 multiplayer. i am one of them. now ive heard that treyach will release a patch for this and ive heard they wont . can anyone confirm this? if not then i am done with activision this is ridiculous. i shouldnt be forced to screw with my wireless network to get a game to work for me! this is something wrong with their game not my wireless network and they should patch it.

Posts: 2,344  | I'm not getting the game if COD3 has this type of performance. They better release the patch or else... i won't buy any of activision's games anymore (not like thats gonna make a difference to th whole world). But still. Let's hope for the best...

Posts: 575  | I noticed a lot of people talking about this. Everytime I get on, I have no problem connecting to any game. The online action is smooth with only one instance of lag out of an hour and a half of play time. The action did drop frame rate a few times when a lot was going on in multiplayer but that was it. The single player game is great and at at a steady 60 fps this game is a great choice when GOW just wont cut it. (no pun intended.)

Posts: 49  | It sucks the fact that we pay hundreds for a 'Next-generation' console yet get treated like idiots. Pay £40-£50 a game, mainly to play online and there are more than enough games that crash, freeze, lag and generally mess up. Whilst live can be great at times, and i suppose it's a fairly complex system, i think that when we are lining the pockets of the worlds biggest company, the least they could do is stop f*&^%$£ players around. |
