Have you played Spiderman 3???? what a f****ing load of pig s**t (the film was ok not brilliant). The 360 has brought out a load of good games then they sell this crap ok xmen was another s**t game but is mircosoft trying to take the p**s.

Well, I personally liked the game. Tons better than the other Spiderman games.

I haven't played it, but all the feedback I've heard is Spiderman 3 is better than previous editions. I'm curious why you would jump on Microsoft about this. Spiderman 3 is available on all platforms, and is not an MS product. Do you also blame Toyota when you get a bad tank of gasoline?

The reason why is because mircosoft must seen or played before it was released and it does the 360 no justice. I think it look like and play like a bad ps2 game. They may had nothing to do with but it reflect badly on them. But everyone make mistakes. ps all the reviews i seen in mags say it a letdown

Yes, horrible horrible, Identical to a ps2 game. You can see for miles and miles, hundreds of cars packing the road, along with more pedestrians than gta could ever dream of. Detailed character models, fast load times, and good physics to boot. But after all that, your right about the gameplay, its boring. The rest is great.

I still don't see the logic, but kudos to Activision for some how making the 360 look bad, while the PS2, PS3, PSP, Wii, DS and GBA get a free pass.

Actually, the Wii version was absolutely terrible, without building textures and partially finished bridges. I saw some of the screen shots -- made me shudder.

Still, I will agree that I do not buy games based on movies, and traditionally the transition is awful.

The spiderman games have a track record of being crap. That carries more weight than being a movie-based title IMO.

By the same token, does this mean the GOW movie will be crap?

hmm. .i personally really liked the other spiderman games. They do get repetative after a while, but its alot like Crackdown if u think about it. Ya jump around the city doing some fun acrobatics collecting tokens in high places. Instead of spiderman its an agent. Also, my own 2 cents, i liked the movie.. it wasnt "GREAT" but after having to sit through all the lovey dovey scenes and character setup scenes in the first 2 movies, it was much more fun to see the amount of action in this one. Still havent played the 3rd game yet.. its waiting for me when i get back home from vacation on tuesday.. so ill put in my 2 cents then.. toodles!

I like the game alot and the movie was awesome.Spider man games dont have a track record of being bad the first two had great reviews but not this one,it has some problems but its still good.
