you have to buy the slot upgrades for each category at that creepy machine where you get the magic upgrades. it costs about 80 adam per slot upgrade.

guys im a couple of hours in ... im just thinking once i finished the game what is the re-play factor of the game going to be like ?

well, the replay factor is, go and do the opposite to the girls you did the first time. there are multiple endings and mucho ways to get points.

Play it on the hard difficulty and either harvest or save the little bastard children. Once that has been completed the replay value plummets.

The game is great but it isn't very long. I am 50% done and only got like 6-7 hrs in it. That's only because I'm playing to get achievements and all the items. You could probably fly through it in 10 hrs. I couldn't see playing through it more than twice.

Must add, Bioshock is great. Demo did it no justice, too short, not enough variety. I just finished this the other night, yes I was doing like a chapter a week to lengthen the experience. Its was bloody excellent.

I will go back and try to do the other ending and get more achievements too.

I think the 2nd playthrough will make more sense and be more enjoyable.

BioShock was the first game I bought with the 360, and god damn it's amazing. Right from the start it pulls you in like nothing else I've played in a long time, and it actually keeps the pace throughout the whole game. To call it impressive is an understatement, this really is top of the line entertainment in action.

I'm interested to see how they plan on continuing the "franchise"(a new game every few years?), but honestly I'd really love to see System Shock 3 finally come out, as I'm sure I'm not the only one that's been waiting for it.

Hey guys n girls,

I just heard a update is out for Bioshock.

It allows you to get more plamids etc. Plus, you can turn off vita chambers as well, for increased difficulty. Also, heard a additional 100 achievement points are being added if you complete the game without using a vita chamber at all. Not sure if this game gets 250 additional points and this 100 is 1 acheivement with that 250, or if it just literally got 100 extra points and thats it. If someone could confirm, that would be great.
